Ernie Allen, affectionately known as “EA,” is a seasoned radio broadcaster whose career spans more than forty years.
A native of Detroit, Michigan, EA began his radio journey at the iconic WVOL, where he was mentored by legendary broadcaster Clarence Kilcrease, known to listeners as “Gilly Baby.”
Over the years, he has become known for a warm, engaging presence and a natural ability to connect with listeners of different generations.
Away from the microphone, EA enjoys reading and exploring his creativity in the kitchen through new culinary adventures.
